We are a family concern where everyone gets stuck in. Our livestock’s wellbeing is paramount, from birth to their end. We take great care to ensure they go to a local butcher where their stress is kept minimal by shorter travel and waiting time.
Taste
Our lamb is hung for 10 days, which ultimately leads to the meat becoming relaxed and tender. All our meat is flash frozen to ensure that ice crystals don’t form between the fibres of the meat, all the nutrients and juices stay inside, locks in flavour and is easy to thaw.

Our lamb is reared on a diet of ewe milk and good meadow grass, without the need for additional feed or anti-biotics.
